The SciatiEase sample review copy is not published because nobody could match those reviews to real orders. It held a star score, counts and ten named stories, with no proof.
The FTC's 2024 rule bans fake reviews and testimonials, including ones from people with no real experience of the product, and reviews that hide a tie to the seller (FTC, Fake Reviews Final Rule 2024).
The FTC also says a testimonial cannot claim more than the seller could prove itself (FTC, Health Products Compliance).
