FAQ
SciatiEase FAQ: Questions Answered from the Label
The SciatiEase FAQ answers 40 common questions in seven groups, checked against the label first. Key facts: a serving is 4 capsules, a bottle holds 120, PEA is 500 mg per serving, vitamin B6 is 20 mg, prices start at $49 a bottle, and refunds run for 180 days. No trial has tested the product itself.

What do people ask most about SciatiEase?
No question matches. Try another word.
People ask most about SciatiEase ingredients, whether it works, side effects, medicine mixes and where to buy it. The 40 answers below sit in seven groups. Each one starts from the Supplement Facts panel, then the brand's own sites, then published research.
Type a word such as PEA, Eliquis or refund into the search box to filter the list. Every answer is short on purpose, and each group links to the page that goes deeper.
One answer up front: SciatiEase is not FDA approved, because the FDA does not approve any dietary supplement before it is sold (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements).

The basics02
What kind of product is SciatiEase?
SciatiEase is a dietary supplement in capsules, sold for sciatic nerve health. It is not a drug, and the lines on its bottle are support claims that the FDA did not evaluate.
How each ingredient is meant to fit along the nerve route, from the lower back to the foot, is laid out in how SciatiEase works.
What is SciatiEase supplement?
SciatiEase is a dietary supplement sold in gelatin capsules, 120 to a bottle. Its label serving of 4 capsules combines PEA, R-alpha lipoic acid, acetyl-L-carnitine, benfotiamine, four active B vitamins and a small herb blend. The bottle front reads “Supports Sciatic Nerve Health*”, a support claim rather than a medical one.
What is SciatiEase medicine?
SciatiEase is not a medicine. It is sold as a dietary supplement, so the FDA did not review it for safety or results before sale (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). It has no prescription strength, no approved use and no dosing for any disease. Think of it as a nutrient formula that sits beside medical care, not in place of it.
What is SciatiEase used for?
People buy SciatiEase hoping to support comfort along the sciatic nerve, the route from the lower back down each leg. The bottle lists three support goals: comfort, nerve health and a healthy inflammatory response. Those are structure/function claims with the FDA asterisk, so no regulator checked whether the capsules deliver them.
What kind of leg pain is SciatiEase sold for?
The fairest answer is that one ingredient has sciatica data. PEA at 300-600 mg a day lowered pain scores in a 636-person trial (Keppel Hesselink, J Pain Res 2015), and 4 capsules hold 500 mg. The B vitamins mainly matter if you are low in them. The other ingredients were studied at higher doses, mostly in diabetic nerve damage.
What does SciatiEase do?
SciatiEase supplies nutrients that research links to nerve cells: PEA, which is studied for pain signaling, alpha-lipoic acid as an antioxidant, carnitine for cell energy, and B vitamins that nerves use. Nobody has measured what the whole capsule does in people, because no trial of the product has been published.
Ingredients03
What is inside a SciatiEase capsule?
Inside a SciatiEase capsule are 12 listed ingredients, 8 of them with printed amounts. The label serving is 4 capsules, so the amounts below are for 4 unless an answer says otherwise.
Each ingredient, its % Daily Value and the dose used in research sit in the SciatiEase ingredients guide. The panel itself, typed out word for word, is on supplement facts.
What are the ingredients in SciatiEase?
The panel lists 12 ingredients per 4 capsules: vitamin B2 25 mg, B6 20 mg, folate 500 mcg DFE, B12 1 mg, R-ALA 250 mg, PEA 500 mg, acetyl-L-carnitine 250 mg, benfotiamine 200 mg, and a 50 mg blend of feverfew, passionflower, Chinese skullcap and oat straw.
Which SciatiEase ingredients have the biggest amounts?
The four with the biggest printed amounts carry the formula on paper: PEA 500 mg, R-alpha lipoic acid 250 mg, acetyl-L-carnitine 250 mg and benfotiamine 200 mg per 4 capsules. At 2 capsules a day each one halves, so PEA drops to 250 mg, just under the lowest dose tested in sciatica.
What is the SciatiEase capsule shell made of?
Besides the 12 listed nutrients and herbs, each capsule shell is gelatin, with microcrystalline cellulose as a filler and vegetable stearate and silica to help the powder flow. Gelatin comes from animals, so the capsules are not vegetarian or vegan. The official site says they are made in Tampa, Florida (SciatiEase official site).
What is in SciatiEase pills?
SciatiEase comes only as capsules, not pressed pills or tablets. Each capsule holds a quarter of the label serving: about 125 mg of PEA, 62.5 mg of R-ALA, 62.5 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine, 50 mg of benfotiamine, 5 mg of vitamin B6 and 12.5 mg of the herb blend.
What does SciatiEase contain?
SciatiEase contains four groups: four active B vitamins, a two-part “AlphaPalm Blend” of PEA and R-ALA, two nerve nutrients (acetyl-L-carnitine and benfotiamine) and a 50 mg herb blend. The blend prints only its total weight, so feverfew holds at most 50 mg and oat straw at most 12.5 mg (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36).
Is SciatiEase safe for a gluten-free diet?
No gluten statement appears in the label images we have, so we cannot say. Neither the panel nor the official site makes a free-from claim of any kind. If you must avoid gluten, ask the order desk at +1 (844) 361-1273 before ordering. What is and is not published is on testing and quality.
Results04
Is there proof SciatiEase helps sciatic nerve pain?
There is no direct proof, because no trial has tested the SciatiEase formula itself. There is ingredient research, and it is uneven: encouraging for PEA, weak or uncertain for most of the rest.
The bottle and sales claims are set beside that research in claims vs evidence. Realistic check-in points are in the results timeline.
Will SciatiEase work for me?
No published study has tested SciatiEase, so its effect is unknown. The case for it rests on single-ingredient research, strongest for PEA (Artukoglu et al., Pain Physician 2017). A fair test is personal: take the label serving for 30 days, note how you sit, walk and sleep, and use the 180-day guarantee if nothing changes.
Does SciatiEase actually work?
It may help some people, but proving that would take a trial of the product, and none exists. The evidence splits by ingredient: PEA looks promising in small trials, while a Cochrane review found alpha-lipoic acid probably has little or no effect on neuropathy symptoms at 6 months (Cochrane, Alpha-lipoic acid 2024).
Does Sciati Ease work?
Sciati Ease, written as two words, is the same SciatiEase capsule, and the answer does not change with the spelling. The label is sensible on one ingredient, PEA, and thin on the rest. Most sciatica improves within 4 to 6 weeks on its own (StatPearls, Sciatica), which makes any supplement hard to judge quickly.
How effective is SciatiEase?
Nobody can put a number on it, because no trial has measured the formula. For the ingredient with the best data, a sciatica trial saw pain fall from 7.1 to 2.1 on 600 mg of PEA a day, against 6.6 to 4.6 on placebo (Keppel Hesselink, J Pain Res 2015). Four capsules give 500 mg, a little below that dose.
Is SciatiEase legit for sciatica?
It is a real product with a sensible core, but it is not a sciatica treatment. Sciatica is a symptom of pressure on a nerve root, often from a disc or a narrowed spine (MedlinePlus, Sciatica), and a capsule cannot remove that pressure. Get a diagnosis first, and treat SciatiEase as an add-on.
How long does it take SciatiEase to work?
No timeline has been measured for SciatiEase itself. In the PEA sciatica trial, people took it for 3 weeks (Keppel Hesselink, J Pain Res 2015), and nerve-nutrient trials ran for weeks to months. A reasonable plan is to judge after about 30 days at the label serving, well inside the 180-day refund window.
How to take it05
How and when should you take SciatiEase capsules?
Take SciatiEase capsules with water and a meal, up to the 4-capsule label serving each day. The routine is simple, and the only real choice is between 2 and 4 capsules a day.
The full routine, what to do after a missed dose and how long a bottle lasts are on how to take SciatiEase.
How to take SciatiEase?
Swallow the capsules with water. The panel's serving is 4 capsules a day, and the sales page splits it into 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner (SciatiEase sales page). The official site says 2 capsules a day, morning or night (SciatiEase official site). At 2 a day a bottle lasts 60 days; at 4 it lasts 30.
What time of day suits SciatiEase best?
With meals is the easiest habit to keep: breakfast and dinner, the timing the sales page gives. If you take prescription medicine, the official site suggests leaving 30 minutes between it and the capsules. Passionflower can cause drowsiness (NCCIH, Passionflower), so notice how you feel after an evening dose before you drive.
Can I take SciatiEase without food?
The label images we have give no food rule, and the warning panel is not among them. The sales page pairs the capsules with breakfast and dinner. Alpha-lipoic acid can cause nausea or indigestion in some people (MSKCC, Alpha-lipoic acid), so taking the capsules with a meal is the gentler choice for most stomachs.
How to use SciatiEase oil?
There is no SciatiEase oil. The product comes only as 120-capsule bottles, and the official site lists no cream, drops, gummies or tablets. An oil or rub sold under the name is not the product on the label, and the 180-day guarantee would not cover it.

What SciatiEase side effects and medicine mixes should you watch for?
SciatiEase side effects reported for its ingredients are mostly mild, but a few medicine mixes need a doctor's yes first. The warning panel is not in the images we have, so follow the bottle you receive.
Every reported side effect and the emergency signs are on SciatiEase side effects. Drug-by-drug notes are in nerve supplements and medicines.
Does SciatiEase have side effects?
Most ingredients have mild reported side effects, such as an upset stomach, or bright yellow urine from vitamin B2 (NIH ODS, Riboflavin). The one to watch is B6: 20 mg per serving is above Europe's 12 mg daily limit (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Stop and call your doctor if tingling, burning or numbness gets worse while you take it.
Can SciatiEase cause diarrhea?
It is possible but unlikely at this dose. Carnitine causes diarrhea and cramps at about 3 grams a day (NIH ODS, Carnitine), while SciatiEase holds 250 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine per serving. Alpha-lipoic acid can upset the stomach. If loose stools start, take the capsules with a meal, and stop if they continue.
Does SciatiEase cause constipation?
Constipation is not a listed side effect for any of the 12 ingredients in the sources we checked, and no trial of the full formula has tracked it. If your bowel habits change after you start, look at what else changed at the same time, such as a new pain medicine or less walking.
Does SciatiEase cause weight gain?
Nothing in the formula is known to cause weight gain. The capsules carry almost no calories, and none of the ingredients is a hormone or an appetite booster. Weight can creep up when leg pain keeps you from walking, one more reason the main back pain guideline favors staying active (ACP guideline, Annals 2017).
Does SciatiEase raise blood pressure?
No ingredient in SciatiEase is known for raising blood pressure in the sources we checked, and the formula has no caffeine or other stimulant. No trial of the product measured blood pressure, though. If you treat high blood pressure, show the label to your pharmacist and keep checking your readings as usual.
Is SciatiEase safe to take?
For most healthy adults the doses are moderate. B6 at 20 mg sits well under the U.S. upper limit of 100 mg a day (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). People who are pregnant, nursing or under 18 should not start it without a doctor's advice (NCCIH, Feverfew), and anyone with liver disease should ask first because of the skullcap (LiverTox, Skullcap).
Is SciatiEase safe with a blood thinner like apixaban?
Ask the doctor who prescribed Eliquis first. Feverfew in the herb blend may slow blood clotting (NCCIH, Feverfew), and apixaban already does, so together they could raise bleeding risk. Never skip Eliquis on your own, because stroke risk rises (MedlinePlus, Apixaban). Watch for unusual bruising, nosebleeds or dark stools.
Which medicines should I check before taking SciatiEase?
Often yes, but check three kinds first: blood thinners, sedatives such as gabapentin or sleep aids, and diabetes medicine, since alpha-lipoic acid may lower blood sugar (MSKCC, Alpha-lipoic acid). The official site suggests spacing the capsules 30 minutes from prescriptions. Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed by your doctor.
Legit or not07
Is SciatiEase legit, and who stands behind it?
SciatiEase is a legit product from a named U.S. company, though its ads promise more than the research shows. We sell it, so we say so plainly: this site earns money when you order through its links.
The full check of the company, the ad copy and the complaints people search for is on is SciatiEase legit?. How we handle reviews is on SciatiEase reviews.
Is SciatiEase legit?
Yes, in the sense that it is a real product from a named company with a street address, a phone line and a 180-day money-back guarantee. What is not backed up is the sales page's strongest wording, such as the line that it “awakens the damaged and dead cells” (SciatiEase sales page). Judge the label, not the ad.
Is SciatiEase a scam?
We see no sign of a scam: orders go through the brand's own order page, prices are published, and refunds run for 180 days. The ad copy does lean on urgency and big promises, and the FTC says health claims need solid evidence behind them (FTC, Health Products Compliance). Order through the official page so the guarantee applies.
Is SciatiEase a legitimate company?
The official site names SciatiEase Labs, LLC, 1900 Midway Lane, Smyrna, TN 37167, and gives the phone number +1 (844) 361-1273 (SciatiEase official site). It says the capsules are made in Tampa, Florida. No factory name, audit or lab certificate is published, so quality rests on the company's word.
Is SciatiEase Labs the same as this website?
SciatiEase Labs is the name on the bottle's blue band, and SciatiEase Labs, LLC of Smyrna, Tennessee is the company the official site names. It markets and sells the capsules. Gosciatiease, which runs this website, is a separate authorized U.S. retailer that sends orders to the SciatiEase order page.
Who makes SciatiEase?
SciatiEase Labs, LLC sells it, and the official site says every component is made locally in Tampa, Florida. The site does not name the factory, and no inspection report or certificate appears in the images we have. Ask the order desk if you want more detail on how a batch is made.
Is SciatiEase real?
Yes, SciatiEase is a real supplement: a white 120-capsule bottle with a blue SciatiEase Labs band and “MAXIMUM STRENGTH” on the front. The brand's older renders show a “Maximum Power” front instead. To check a bottle, match the seal, the panel and the date stamp, as shown on our batch verify page.
Buying08
Where can you buy SciatiEase, and what does it cost?
You can buy SciatiEase through its official order page, at $69, $59 or $49 a bottle depending on the pack. Three or six bottles ship free in the US; a single bottle adds $6.95.
No coupon codes are published, so the packs are the only lower price. Store checks are on where to buy SciatiEase, every pack is on pricing, and refund steps are on the 180-day guarantee page.
Where can I buy SciatiEase?
Buy it on the official SciatiEase order page; every order button on this site goes there. Ordering direct keeps the 180-day guarantee and the published prices: $69 for one bottle plus $6.95 shipping, $177 for three, or $294 for six. Walmart.com and Amazon also list it online, but no store stocks it.
Does Walmart sell SciatiEase?
Yes, online only. Walmart.com has a SciatiEase listing sold by “SciatiEase Labs Official” and fulfilled by Walmart, but we found no bottles in Walmart stores. Marketplace prices change, so we do not print them. The official 180-day guarantee may not cover a marketplace order, so ask the seller before you buy.
Does CVS sell SciatiEase?
We found no SciatiEase listing at CVS, in stores or on its website, as of October 18, 2026. The brand sells through its own order page and online marketplaces. If your pharmacist asks what you take, bring the bottle or a photo of the panel so they can check it against your prescriptions.
Does Walgreens sell SciatiEase?
We found no SciatiEase listing at Walgreens, and none at GNC, Costco or any store shelf we checked. Many supplement brands sell only online. Order through the official page to keep the 180-day guarantee and get free US shipping on 3 or 6 bottles.
Does Target sell SciatiEase?
We found no SciatiEase listing at Target. Amazon has a listing whose seller we could not confirm, and eBay has resellers. On those sites, check who sells it, the seal, the lot and the date of manufacture. The lowest official price is $49 a bottle on the 6-bottle pack.
